XTK® (X-Ray ToolKit) is a suite of advanced X-ray imaging software tools developed by Sandia National Laboratories, a U.S. government-funded research and development organization. Deltic is one of a limited number of organizations licensed by Sandia to deliver XTK training, providing users with authorized instruction on the correct and effective use of the software.
Classroom Instruction and Hands-On Application
Deltic’s certified instructors deliver XTK training through a combination of classroom-based instruction and hands-on practical exercises. Training is structured to meet user requirements and operational roles, ensuring participants understand image interpretation, tool functionality, and workflow integration in realistic use scenarios.
Live-Fire and Render-Safe Training Scenarios
Where operationally appropriate, XTK training can include live-fire Grid Aim render-safe scenarios using approved training aids and equipment. This allows users to apply XTK image analysis directly to disruptor targeting and decision-making processes, reinforcing skills in conditions that closely reflect real-world EOD operations.
