Tow Tractors
Tow Tractors by Deltic and EINSA
In collaboration with EINSA, Deltic provides a full range of tow tractors with draw-bar pull (DBP) capacities from 5,000 lbs (2,270 kg) to over 20,000 lbs (9,100 kg). These compact, durable vehicles are purpose-built for towing, pushing, and positioning aircraft and ground support units at airports and airbases.
Superior Maneuverability
Because they operate in close proximity to aircraft, the tractors feature advanced design elements for superior maneuverability. Key highlights include a tight turning radius, hydraulic steering, four-fold braking system, four-wheel drive traction, and hydrostatic transmission for precise, millimetric control.
Customizable Options
Tow tractors can be customized with a wide selection of options, including:
- Open or closed cabins with optional heating and air-conditioning
- Four-wheel steering (4WS) system
- Rear inching controls for easier hitching
- Front and rear tow hooks
- Additional configurations upon request

Deltic offers a complete range of diesel and electric self-propelled or towable cargo loaders with payload capacities of up to 30,000 lbs.
Pallet/Container Loader -Model TET-16
The TET-16 Pallet/Container Loader is engineered for efficient loading and unloading of lower deck cargo holds on all wide-body aircraft, as well as the main decks of conventional aircraft currently in service. With a capacity of 16,000 lbs (7,300 kg), this single-platform loader features an open deck design that enables the handling of oversize loads.
In its standard configuration, the TET-16 accommodates pallets up to 96″ x 125″. When handling LD1 or LD3 containers on A320/A319 aircraft—where the approach path is restricted—the loader’s driver’s post automatically side-shifts onto the cargo deck. This transforms the unit into a narrow container loader, offering full visibility and enhanced safety for precise doorsill alignment operations.
Electric Container Loader - Model ELT-7000
The ELT-7000 Electric Container Loader is designed for efficient loading and unloading of lower deck cargo holds on all wide-body aircraft, as well as the main decks of conventional aircraft in service today. With a capacity of 7,200 lbs (3,175 kg), this unit provides reliable performance across a wide range of operations.
Compatible with LD1, LD2, and LD3 containers, the ELT-7000 is powered by an electro-hydraulic system that controls lifting, lowering, and movement, ensuring smooth and precise cargo handling.
TEA-15 Container and Pallet Loader
The TEA-15 Pallet/Container Transporter is a heavy-duty vehicle engineered for the transport and transfer of containerized and palletized cargo loads up to 7 tons. Designed for seamless operation, it efficiently moves cargo to and from loaders, dollies, and racks.
Available in both electric and diesel-powered models, the TEA-15 offers versatility, reliability, and robust performance for demanding ground support operations.
Conveyor Belt Loaders
The EINSA Self-Propelled Conveyor Belt Loader is a durable, heavy-duty unit designed for the efficient loading and unloading of airfreight, mail, and baggage on all commercial aircraft in service today. Available in both diesel and electric variants, it offers reliable performance for ground handling operations.
Customizable Options
Customers can choose between 6 m or 8 m boom lengths, with a wide range of optional features available to meet specific operational needs, including:
- Enclosed or open driver’s cabin (with or without heating)
- Folding handrails on either side
- Boom front rubber wheels or bumpers
- Rotating beacon
- Ultrasonic proximity sensors
- Autofollow system
- Compliance with AHM 913 (anticollision system, Smart Bumper)
- AVRON special handrail
- Automatic speed limitation to 6 km/h when boom is raised

Self-Propelled and Towable GPUs
The Self-Propelled GPU provides:
AC three-phase, 400 Hz, 115/200 V output up to 140 KVA
Optional DC kit delivering 12V, 24V, and 28.5V up to 2,500 A (peak)
This ensures full compatibility with a wide range of aircraft electrical systems.
The Self-Propelled Ground Power Units (GPUs) are designed to supply A.C. three-phase, 400 Hz, 115/200 V power up to 140 kVA for all aircraft types. For added versatility, an optional DC kit is available to deliver 12V, 24V, and 28.5V, with peak output up to 2,500 A.
