The Vulcan EOD Tool is a user primed modular shaped charge system which has been operationally proven on land and underwater against a wide variety of unexploded ordnance (UXO). When used underwater, the Vulcan is fitted
with an Air Stand-off Capsule which ensures the correct stand off distance and projectile formation. Vulcan can be initiated using Detonators or can be linked together using Det Cord Boosters and detonating cord. The Vulcan Underwater System offers the EOD diver a modular weapon stand system that can be adapted to suit a variety of target vessel or seabed conditions. The light weight modular weapon stand offers a quick and reliable method of deploying multiple Vulcan EOD Tools in a single dive. The system also includes a lightweight cable reel system designed for use with a remote firing system or Shock Tube.

Seabed Operations:
Vulcan underwater system has been successfully used against underwater ordnance. The system can be configured
to be entirely Non Magnetic (for seabed operations where the pads are removed and normal divers weights can be
added.
